---->Goto Settings
---->Application Manager
---->Scroll to the right untill you reach the All Applications Screen
-----> touch menu screen on the left of the home button
----->Click reset app preferences
Another Method - Fix using custom recovery
-----> Download the latest Aroma File Manager
-----> Now Copy the downloaded file into the SD Card
------> Boot into the recovery
------> Go to "install zip"
------> go to file manager-->menu-->settings
------> Goto the bottom and tap "Mount Configure"
------> Go TO Data/Data Folder
------->delete folders containing "cache"
-------> Again goto aroma file manager > exit>choose yes
-------> Go to recovery main menu and reboot the phone
