HTC is rumourred to be making Google's Nexus tablet which is expected to be launched ater this october. The HTC Nexus 9 will be shipped with Android L "lolipop". The Device is codenamed as "volantis".
The Image leaked by @upleaks showa the Nexus Branding and the HTC logo at the bottom. at the top there goes a rear camera with led flash. Android Police website declared that HTC Nexus 9 will be the launching device for android L.
Cooming to the internal hardware, Nexus 9 is rumoured to feature NVIDIA's Tegra K1 chip. Accordimg to the FCC Documents, the tablet will come with 16GB and 32GB versions,WiFi 802 connectivity,Bluetooth 4.0 and with NFC capabilities. Other features include 8.9 inch Display with a 2048*1440 resolution,powered by an NVIDIA Logan Tegra K1 64 bit processor and with 2GB RAM.A micro SD card slot will also be available.
The body is made up of aluminium and front facing dual-stereo HTC Boom Sound speakers.
It is believed to have an 8 megapixel rare camera with optical image stabilisation,and a 3 megapixel rare camera. The Nexus 9 is thinner than Nexus 7 with 787 mm thickness and weighing 428 g.
The HTC Nexus 9 is expected to be priced at $399 for the 16GB variant and $499 for the 32 GB variant
